Paul Brewer of Heaven Mountain Tai Chi Heaven Mountain Taijiquan – Form & Applications - 10 week programme
TaijiQuan is so much more than just making some shapes with your body. All Taiji postures should have a particular meaning and function, both in how they look from the outside and how they work inside. The special and particular characteristic that differentiates Taiji from other martial arts and exercise systems is the development of what are called Internal Forces. Detailed and accurate knowledge is required to train and develop these forces.
