Classic - Dynamic Yoga
In this traditional yoga class you will focus on truly integrating the body, mind and breath as we move through asanas at a steady pace. The pace of the class enables you to move deeply into each posture, creating a space for real transformation as the physical and mental challenges are met.
The systematic relaxation, pranayama and meditation in this class is designed to harness the mind’s attention and the body's strength to create true balance.
In this class there will also be a great focus on correct alignment along with adjustments. Which will aim to develop technique and a real understanding of your own journey and practice.
Comprehensive guide to Yoga
This 8 week course will cover the 8 limbs of Yoga. It goes far beyond what could be taught in our normal classes. We will be learning the postures, breath, philosophy and meditation techniques.
Raaj has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years.
